Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Final sale items marked as such cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate your return through your account at trinaboutiques.com or via the link in your shipping confirmation email
- Pack items securely in their original packaging
- Ship your return using the prepaid label (domestic US) or your preferred carrier (international)
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow 5-10 business days for processing after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
For fastest service, we recommend:
- Returning your original purchase for a refund
- Placing a new order for the desired item
Note: Direct exchanges are not available due to inventory limitations.
International Returns
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency, minus any non-refundable charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund
Store Credit Option
