Processing Time

Orders typically process within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Domestic Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (cutoff time 12PM EST)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with the following carriers:

  • Standard International: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
  • Priority International: 5-10 business days

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking

All orders receive tracking numbers via email once shipped. Track your package directly through:

  • The carrier’s website using your tracking number

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Freight forwarding addresses
  • Certain restricted countries (updated periodically)

Undeliverable Packages

Failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Customs refusal
